Through the social networking on Facebook, Eric Nyman, origionally from the Bay area joined the group as he flew on his own to search for his French girlfriend -- Chrystel Cancel. Cancel and Nyman were doing a video chat via Skype when the earthquake struck and his screen went dark.
The team crosses into Haiti from the Dominican Republic in the early hours with a convoy of air headed to the disaster.
